Can the RNC Be Subpoenaed Too?

Rove Deleted E Mail on RNC Account Posted 04-13-07 by .Common Sense "The White House still claims to be searching for the emails."

FDL When All They Understand Is Fear or Force Saturday, July 14th, 2007
"Let’s give a couple current examples. The first deals with the problem of enforcing subpoenas. The Justice department has made clear it won’t enforce Congressional subpoenas if the administration claims executive privilege. The response should be to invoke “inherent contempt” and to do it against someone prominent. My choice would be Gonzales."

House committee hits RNC with e-mail subpoena, threatens Miers with contempt Michael Roston Published: Friday July 13, 2007
"House Democrats issued a subpoena for e-mail accounts supplied by the Republican National Committee and used by senior White House staff."

The main GOP Nest is the RNC and it has produced so many NeoCon's that the infestation will keep the entire Congress on constant alert for the Weird Creepy Crawly things that the NeoCons say and do. Case in point of recent....Bush, Michael Chertoff and Sara Taylor.

But like a nest of termites, it isn't what you see on the outside that should alarm a person. It is what they -- the NeoCon Nestlings are Doing while crawling around inside the foundation....in Washington, in Minnesota, inside the foundation of any Municipality, anywhere in the United States and anywhere inside Iraq.

Iraq Can Handle Security, Premier Says By Megan Greenwell Washington Post Staff Writer Sunday, July 15, 2007

The Iraq people have wanted independence from the US since their election. And I find it quite interesting that the Parliament is going on vacation in August. I actually support the Iraq government to do and try anything they can to rid themselves of the US infestation. So rather than calling their leave one of leisure, I would see it as more of going on strike. Taking a stand and announcing that stand, would get people in the US riled up and fussing about the action of 'going on vacation' while the troops continue to stay and do the bidding of our very own government.

I call it going on strike, like a work slow down, blue flu or sick out. The airline pilots are taking a stand this summer and I say more power to them. They have scheduled their time off in a way that it has slowed down the number of flights going out daily. If they don't do this, this way, we will be facing an air catastrophe. They are putting themselves on the line, to protect everyone.

While our soldiers try and die, it is the Rent-A-Soldier (Blackwater), the ones we don't see...that will be doing what they do best...following orders for profit, without one ounce of conscience. And there are some military soldiers that NeoCon Military Commanders have been able to mold into to diabolical torture and killing machines. Disgraceful acts that will be avenged by a much higher court than the US, eventually. At least that is my hope, the International Court of Justice will hold the US accountable for crimes against humanity, illegally starting a war and occupying a land by force.

Like termites, you can't see the activity of destruction, not until the building falls down on top of you. I'm afraid that the 110th Congress - Democratic and Real Republicans can't control this infestation. They can't bear to stick their hands in the slimy muck that this administration -- now an active Dictatorship -- has born and bred. The hearings are beginning to look futile, although it is fascinating to watch someone in a high ranking position actually appear to be completely indignant of the panel that that summoned them to testify.

After Sara Taylor, I have had my fill with "I can't recall." I also know that this is exactly what the royal NeoCon Nest wants; Me to get fed up, turn off the television and assimilate. That isn't going to happen though, ever. So, while the GOP - RNC Nest mates do their damage, we still have a chance to use Orkin tactics. Not to kill them, but to trap them and release them into a cell. Cell after cell after cell. Now that could be something worth while, figuring out which country to send them to for incarceration. Wasn't Napoleon Bonaparte exiled to the tiny island of Alba?

Humane treatment while containing and disposing of the NeoCon nests will be extremely important. The real Republican will emerge to work along side the Democratic member, without fear of another odd, insane or idiotic backlash. They will have to both learn to work with the 3rd Party members though, slowly rising to become their challenger in 2008. A Third Party will have to become the change agent of the rabid right and the timid left.

This very well may be why the Democratic Congress is so hopelessly fragile....humanity is at stake, they know it and it weighs on them so much so that they cannot do anything except run on automatic, using the well tuned tools in place for hundreds of years. Which is why we must endure so many hearings. They are using a democratic republic process for a group of people that have no regard, no respect and no fear of the Constitutional process.
And it is those people 'the NeoCon' that sadly hate everything that the Democratic Party stands for - Everything - First and always. To the NeoCon nest, it is about the Party, First, Always and Only!

Extemporaneous Discourse Bush stands the truth on its head once again "Bush, in his weekly radio address, shows just how backwards his reasoning is. Political progress will pave the way to progress in security, not the other way around."

Politico Insufficient funds? By Michael M. Rosen July 14, 2007 "Flash back for a moment to July 1999, with President Clinton riding high in post-impeachment opinion polls (hovering around 60 percent in June), a red-hot economy -- and a still-relatively unknown second-term Texas governor beginning to make the rounds."

Does his pathetic request include the RNC “Troll Department?”

If so, Mr. President, it looks as if we have some shredding to do - cross cut.

Inherent Contempt is not a one day issue. It may be our last remaining “weapon” to bring the neo-cons to accountability.

From What Happened To My Country Gritting and Waiting.... "Maybe Noonan's best summation of the situation is: "With Mr. Bush it is the people who are forced to be cool-eyed and realistic. He's the one who goes off on the toots. This is extremely irritating, and also unnatural. Actually, it's weird." Friday, July 13, 2007
