Victims Created From A Long Lapse of Reasoning

 

There is word that the victims may also include people from homeless camps, that were located directly under the bridge at the edge of the river banks. Many street people (including our homeless Veteran's) are stationed with their signs, at entrance and exit ramp lights around rush hour, especially. No other information picked up other than this. Heard this on the radio early this morning.

Something else I'm picking up on...called Spin for Convenience?..... There seems to be a play on words in the media and from the talking heads about what exactly a victim is.
To correct them all...Anyone on or under the 35W bridge is a victim.

Someone or something which has been hurt, damaged or killed or has suffered, either because of the actions of someone or something else
