Brown University Study Reveals a Civic Tragedy

 

That fateful day and the aftermath of this nations extended catastrophe, for New Orleans and the Gulf Coast, are now collected, counted and crunched. Although the study cannot do justice to each individual's traumatic lingering experience, the study is an important map for the federal, state and local leaders. It is equally important for the rest of the nation's people, too. For those that are part of the study, they are living hour by hour - day by day, in a swirling emotional vacuum of uncertainty.
